The flexibility of our dedicated in-house team allows us to manage renovations with a view toward most efficiently leveraging our improvement dollars. We can perform as many or as few renovations as needed and return finished units according to a schedule that best creates value.

When success is measured by meeting the performance goals of the investment, rather than the amount of margin, an aligned, in-house company is much better positioned to provide cost savings.
